VENDORS AND FOOD TRUCKS

At the Normandy Beach Race we want the show to be really authentic!
This is why we offer you to exhibit and sell at this event that has welcomed more than 100,000 visitors in previous editions.
For this 4th edition, two spaces will be dedicated to exhibitors: the Village on the sand and the Carshow garden !
EXPOSANTS
The Normandy Beach Race Village welcomes exhibitors of sales or service (clothing, accessories, barber, artists, etc.), quality and authentic vintage products, small or medium series, and no licensed products.
The area (surface) of the stands will be approximately 12m2 (4x3m) with an extension of 12m2 possible, sheltered under a vintage tent foot in the sand near the beach, and will include a 16A/2.5kw mono electrical inlet.
We ask each exhibitor to respect authentic decor like the spirit of this race.
The easiest way is to script your space using raw wooden pallets and vintage furniture, with vintage / NO PLASTIC visible marking and signage.
We will focus our selection on the products most aligned with the theme of this event.
EXPOSANTS
We wish to propose to garages and associations (event organizers, car and motorcycle federations, and c..) to be able to exhibit at the heart of our Car-show near the beach of Riva–Bella.
You will be able to highlight your “know-how “and expose your vehicles for sale. (For cars, registration at the car show are required).
This space will also host food trucks and a stage for live music.
The offer includes a bare stand area of 15m2 (5x3m) with a possible extension of 15m2, as well as an electrical supply of 16A / 2.5kw mono.

We will bring our selection to the exhibitors most in tune with the universe of this event.
FOOD TRUCKS
At the Normandy Beach Race we want the show to be complete and authentic also in the plates. That’s why we invite you to bring your culinary touch to this event.
We offer you a pitch ready to welcome you.
We will prefer foodtrucks with authentic style as the event, contemporary vehicles can be accepted.
We will attach great importance to the quality of the products you offer and to reasonable pricing that is accessible to the greatest number.
It will be imperative that you can limit the environmental impact of your activity as much as possible. We invite you to take the best measures, including providing garbage cans nearby, limiting disposable products, limiting plastic, etc.
